WHAT SHOULD I CONSIDER WHEN CHOOSING A HOME HEALTH CARE PROVIDER?
Ensuring that the homecare provider can meet all your care and support requirements.
WOULD YOUR CARERS CLEAN MY HOUSE?
Unfortunately not, however we would do light household duties e.g. washing up/ dishwasher duties, laundry management, changing bed sheets, clean spillages.
DO YOUR CARERS TURN UP ON TIME?
Yes, however with the care industry anything can happen so we allow the carers an allocation of 15minutes either side of the care call to accommodate for unforeseen circumstances.
WILL I HAVE A REGULAR CARER?
Yes, we are highly recognised for this and understand the importance of building a good relationship with our clients.
